No Housework Day - Did You Celebrate?
Over at the forum, member Rona, informed us that this past Saturday (April 7) was no housework day and I’m curious how many of you celebrated by doing no cleaning?
I didn’t know it, but I’m happy to report that I didn’t do any housework anyway! ;) I didn’t even put dishes in the dishwasher. We spent most of the day out of the house and cleaning was the furthest thing from my mind.
How about you? Did you do any cleaning on Saturday? If so, how about making today your no housework day? If hubby asks why the house is a mess, just tell him you’re celebrating a mom’s holiday that you missed over the weekend, but all will be back to normal tomorrow.
Instead of cleaning, why not come over to the forum and chat with other moms. Let us know what you did instead of cleaning the house. You’ll have more fun with us than you ever would picking up dirty socks and running the vacuum.
