You'd think since it's the holiday season I'd have gotten enough, but when you crave something it seems like it's never enough. For me it's Chocolate, I don't think I can go a day without it, really. Well OK, I could, but would I ever choose to? hmmm, well I'll have to think about that, haha.
And here's the other thing, all of a sudden I'm about 20 pounds heavier, well 23 to be exact. My weight always seems to go up and down and most of the time I don't pay any attention.
With the new year coming in I've really started thinking about getting myself in better shape so when my friend came out with her
Craving Secrets Guide I knew it was time to get my chocolate, sugar AND salt cravings under control.
I think if you really understand why you are eating the things you do then you will be more equipped to handle the cravings when they come along so that's why I was all over the Craving Secrets Guide , I really need it. I really need to get out of this cycle of eating good for a while and losing the weight only to gain it back again 6 months later... I seem to do that over and over again.
I haven't read the book yet, I'm going to print it out and read it this week and listen to the audio that comes with it. I will let you know how it goes. And hey, if you get the book let me know maybe we can curb our cravings together! :)
