Boys don't call it Sweet Sixteen

Sean is turning 16 this Sunday and he's busy on his cell phone putting together a game of Laser Tag with some of his buddies for the day before.

If he were a girl, I would know just how to do 'Sweet Sixteen' - but I'm thinking that makeovers and a slumber party isn't going to cut it.

For his main birthday present I bought him and six of his friends a group pass to go play Paintball but they're planning to play that a couple of weeks after his birthday. So that leaves the big day looking kind of empty and I'm not sure what to plan.

What do you think of a bonfire? Soda, brats, smores... and a cake of course. Guys can dig that right?

I like the idea of a bonfire... sounds like a fun. Just have lots of food on hand i'm sure you already know how much boys that age can eat!

We had a bonfire with our youth group on Sunday. The youth group consists of five boys. They loved it. What's up with guys and fire?
